Return Policy

Returns and Refunds:

Customer satisfaction is our main objective. If you are not satisfied with your product, you may return your package for exchange or a refund within 30 days of your order date, provided it meets our Return Policy.

Please request an RMA# or Return Merchandise Authorization Number, by logging in to your  account, and look for your order number for this purchase and request for return.

  • Items must be in new condition never been used.
  • Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories
  • Must be unopened and still in their plastic wrap or sealed.

For a refund – a 15% restocking fee will be applied; shipping is not refundable and buyer is responsible for shipping it back.

For defective Unit- A prepaid label will be provided so you can return your package at no cost. A proper inspection will be conducted and if found defective – replacement will be shipped and you will be emailed with your tracking information – and if for refund, you will be credited 100% of what you paid. However, if the unit is found not defective, buyer will pay for the call tag issued, and for shipping the package back to the buyer – otherwise a 50% restocking will be applied.


If an item which was ordered under our “Free Shipping” special and returned for a refund, the original shipping charge we incurred will be deducted from the amount refunded to your credit card.


Once an order has shipped, it is considered to be a completed transaction and is subject to our standard return policy. Refusing a package does NOT entitle you to a full refund. Refused packages are subject to a 20% restocking fee** plus the cost of return service fees from UPS or USPS.

**The restocking fee covers the costs that we have incurred during the fulfillment of your order, including but not limited to: merchant processing fees, wages, transportation fees, inventory shortage, and materials.

Unfortunately and without exception, we cannot accept any returns on opened or used items. Items that are returned without prior written authorization (RMA #) will be returned to sender or may be subject to a 50% restocking fee.

We encourage to use a trackable and insured shipping service with “Signature Required” for your own protection. Any lost package, buyer is responsible in filing claim with the shipping company.
