A wider ball of foot pad (aka metatarsal pad or metatarsal cookie) to help alleviate pressure across the entire ball of the foot. Also great for helping to prevent the foot from sliding forward in shoes. Self-adhesive backing allows the pad to stay securely in place. The metatarsal pads are approximately 2.25 inches at their widest and 2.75 inches in length. 1/4 inch thickness.

Ever since I fractured a foot, otherwise known as a Lisfranc,wearing shoes have been a painful problem. My Podiatrist recommend Dr. Jill’s Metarsal pads and they have aliviated the problem greatly. In the meantime, he is in the process of constructing a custom made sole that I can wear with all my shoes without any adhesive. Therefore saving me from having to spend a lot on pads.
